Certain electronic CD register integrations are only enabled by setting your PMR provider to the appropriate one, Positive Solutions Analyst Integration or RxWeb Integration for example. This is usually set when creating the branch, however, if it isn't set at that point or you change PMR it's easy to switch.

The first step is to click on Settings in the menu on the left.

From there click on Details, under Branch in the secondary menu.

Then at the bottom of the page there is a dropdown of PMR providers, choose the correct one for your branch.

Finally, click the "Save" button.
