To continue using Clara after your trial, you'll need to set up your subscription. This guide will show you how.
When you have 7 days or less remaining on your trial, Clara will show you a yellow button at the top saying how many days are remaining.
If you are logged in as an owner-level account, clicking on this button will take you to the screen where you can set up your subscription.
Once your trial period ends, you'll see that the yellow button Clara showed before has changed to red and tells you that the product(s) have expired.
As with when the trial was ending soon. If you are logged in as an owner-level account, clicking on this button will take you to the screen where you can set up your subscription.
If your trial does expire, you won't be able to create any new entries in your registers. However, you will still have access to view and export them.
Viewing your subscription
Firstly, ensure that you are logged in on an "Owner Level" account. If you are not, you won't be able to see these settings.
In the menu select "Settings":
From here, in the next menu choose "Subscription" under the "ORGANISATION" header
When you do, you should see a screen similar to the one below.
Setting up your subscription
From here click the "Set up subscription" button in the top right. When you do, you will be shown the screen below.
Choosing your modules
You will see that the available modules are displayed, with their descriptions and prices underneath the name.
Simply select the modules you would like to subscribe to by clicking on them. (i.e. Compliance Plus and Appointments Plus)
Note: When a module is selected it will be displayed with a blue border and blue checkmark in the top right corner of the box.
Setting up your Direct Debit
To set up your Direct Debit from here, click on the blue "Set up Direct Debit" button. This will take you to the GoCardless Direct Debit details page.
All details, except for address line 2, are mandatory on this form as it is a Direct Debit mandate.
Note: Clara will already have filled in the address details to match those given as your organisation address on signup. If these are incorrect please correct them here.
Once you have filled in all this information click the blue "Set up Direct Debit" button. When the Direct Debit setup is complete you will be shown the success page.
Checking your new subscription status
Following the steps in the Viewing your subscription section of this guide again, you should now see your updated subscription.
